John Rivera Sedlar
John Sedlar is considered the founder of modern southwest cuisine. John is a true artist. He has been featured on television, and in numerous magazines. I have had the privilege to work with John on many of his restaurants, including Rivera, Bikini, Abique, Playa in Los Angeles, and Eloisa in Sante Fe.
