UCLA Health is one of the most advanced healthcare systems in the world. It has grown into a sizeable network of services with multiple hospitals and healthcare locations. UCLA Health approached my former company ( Sargent & Berman ) to create a communications plan to determine the optimal messaging and approach. We reviewed existing research and created a powerful visual design system to reach each audience in a compelling and consistent manner.
